QatarEnergy announced early Monday afternoon that it had halted liquefied natural gas production linked to the giant North Field gas reservoir following an attack on its facilities
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy also stated the need to strengthen the counteraction to the Russian tanker fleet, which “uses European jurisdictions.”
The platforms targeted were the V. Filanovsky, Yuri Korchagin, and Valery Greifer facilities. These sites reportedly supported the Russian invasion forces.
In the Black Sea waters within the Odesa district, oily slicks have been recorded on the water's surface due to oil entering the sea as a result of a Russian attack.
