Equinor and Shell have completed a deal to combine their UK offshore oil and gas operations to form a new company. Adura will be the UK North Sea’s largest independent producer.
Equinor has closed the sale of a 40% operated interest in the Peregrino field in Brazil to PRIO. Following this transaction, PRIO assumes full operatorship of the field.
